Designed for Versatility, Built for Daily Production

Mobile jaw crushing plant core equipment detail

Deep Crushing Chamber

Optimized jaw angle and stroke help maintain stable throughput across hard rock, soft stone, mining ore, and mixed quarry feed.

ZSW Grizzly Feeder

Pre-screens fines before they reach the jaw, reducing unnecessary wear on jaw plates and protecting throughput.

Siemens PLC Control

One-touch auto-start with feeder→crusher→conveyor interlock sequence. Remote monitoring available.

Road-Towable Chassis

Ships fully assembled. Relocate between sites with a standard tractor — no disassembly, no crane required.

Mn18Cr2 Jaw Plates

High-manganese cast steel jaw plates standard. Mn22 available for highly abrasive ores. Flip plates at 50% wear to equalize consumption.

SNE Series in the Field

SNE Series — Standard Models

Listed capacities use granite as a reference condition. Softer stone or recycled feed may run higher, while actual production still depends on hardness, moisture, and feed gradation.

A Flexible First Stage for Different Project Types

Quarry and aggregate mobile crushing operation
Quarry & Aggregate Production
From granite and basalt to limestone and river pebble, the jaw unit works as a stable first-stage crusher before cone, impact, or screening stages.
Granite / Basalt / Limestone
Open pit mining and ore pre-crushing
Mining & Ore Pre-Crushing
Reduces 400–630 mm ore blocks to a manageable size for downstream cone crushing, screening, or grinding circuits in open-pit and contract mining projects.
Iron Ore / Copper / Quartz
Construction waste and infrastructure material reduction
Construction Waste & Infrastructure
Handles recycled concrete, brick, and mixed feed for road base or temporary infrastructure projects, especially where site relocation and quick setup matter.

300 TPH Granite Line — Philippines

Philippines granite quarry mobile crushing project
Location: Philippines (Luzon) Material: Granite Scale: 300 t/h
Four Quarry Faces. One Crushing Line. Zero Foundation.

The client operates a granite quarry with four separate working faces — each active 2–3 months before the excavation front advances. A fixed plant would have required four concrete foundations.

Solution: SNE750 mobile jaw unit (primary, feed up to 630 mm, 130–330 t/h at 75–150 mm discharge) feeding into a secondary cone stage. The jaw unit moved between faces three times during the project — each relocation completed in under 6 hours.

What Site Managers Ask Before Ordering

What materials can this mobile jaw plant handle in real projects?
It is a broad-coverage primary unit for granite, basalt, quartzite, limestone, river pebble, mining ore, recycled concrete, brick, and mixed demolition feed. If the project uses softer material but needs better final shape, the jaw stage is often followed by an impact crusher.
What's the maximum rock size I can feed without causing a blockage?
For the SNE750 (PE750x1060), the rated max feed is 630 mm. In practice, keep 85% of feed below 500 mm. For regular oversized material above 700 mm, add a hydraulic rock breaker at the feeder.
Can the jaw crusher handle wet or clay-bearing material?
Jaw crushers tolerate moderate moisture. Material with more than 15% clay content or moisture above 8% can cause packing and grizzly blinding. For highly clay-bearing material, we recommend a pre-washing or scalper screen stage. Contact us with a material sample analysis.
Can this unit work standalone or does it need a secondary crusher?
Standalone for coarse aggregate (0-150 mm output). For products below 40 mm, pair with an SNH cone unit downstream. For manufactured sand (0-5 mm), add a tertiary SNV VSI stage. The modular SN system lets you add stages as project demand grows.
How long is delivery and how does it ship?
Production lead time: 30-45 days after deposit. Shipping from Shanghai: 25-30 days to most ports. The SNE unit ships fully assembled on a flatbed trailer as project cargo. Spare parts ship in a separate 20ft container. We prepare full export documentation.
