Mobile Cone Crusher Plant
For Better-Shaped Aggregate

When your jaw stage already handles the reduction ratio, the next question is product quality. The SUNREX SNH series uses HP multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushing to turn hard-rock feed into cleaner 5–40 mm aggregate with tighter gradation, lower flakiness, and more stable long-run wear cost.

The Mobile Secondary Stage for Spec-Grade Aggregate

The SNH series is built for projects where the primary jaw already handles feed reduction, but the final market demands tighter size control and more cubic stone. It combines cone crushing, fast CSS adjustment, and optional onboard screening into a single tire-type platform that can be repositioned without fixed civil work.

Built Around Stable Hydraulic Cone Crushing

HP hydraulic cone crusher used on SNH mobile cone station

HP Multi-Cylinder Cone Chamber

Stable inter-particle crushing for hard-rock secondary and tertiary duty, with cavity options for coarse, medium, or fine finished product.

Hydraulic CSS Adjustment

Closed-side setting is adjusted without stopping the plant for long manual intervention, helping operators hold product size within specification as liners wear.

PLC + Interlock Control

Integrated control for crusher, return belt, and optional screen loop keeps the whole secondary stage stable and easier for one crew to manage.

Road-Towable Secondary Unit

The whole cone stage can move between quarry faces or contract sites without dismantling a fixed foundation or a permanent steel structure.

Liner Economy on Hard Rock

Compared with impact wear parts in granite or basalt, the cone's liner life is far more predictable and better suited to long campaigns above 200 MPa material strength.

SNH Series β€” Standard Mobile Cone Models

All capacities are reference values. Real output depends on feed gradation, hardness, moisture, and whether the plant works open circuit or with an onboard screen loop.

Where the Mobile Cone Plant Creates the Most Value

Highway aggregate cone crushing project
Highway Aggregate
For jobs where flakiness and grading control affect whether your material is accepted for asphalt base, concrete, or premium road stone.
Basalt / Granite / Diorite
Hard-rock quarry production line
Hard-Rock Quarry Production
The right secondary stage when hard rock would make impact wear cost too high over a long campaign.
Long-term quarry duty
Concrete aggregate supply line
Premium Concrete Aggregate
For customers who need better particle shape, cleaner size bands, and more controlled recirculation before sand-making or final screening.

Keeping Hard-Rock Aggregate Quality Stable Through a 14-Month Campaign

The client was supplying road-project aggregate from highly abrasive diorite. Their previous impact-based secondary crushing setup delivered unstable shape and unacceptable wear cost.

SUNREX configured a jaw primary + SNH300S-2 secondary closed-circuit cone stage. The hydraulic cone held tighter output control while the onboard screen returned oversize automatically. That let the line stay inside product targets across long continuous duty.

What Buyers Ask Before Ordering a Mobile Cone Plant

Can the SNH station work as the only crusher on site?
Normally no. The cone plant is designed to take pre-crushed feed from a jaw station or already reduced material. For full feed directly from blasted rock, start with a jaw crusher.
My rock is basalt. How long will the liners last?
That depends on abrasiveness, feed control, cavity selection, and daily operating hours, but the main reason buyers choose cone on basalt is that liner life is dramatically more predictable than impact wear on the same material.
Can I switch between coarse and fine product later?
Yes. Hydraulic adjustment changes CSS quickly, while a real cavity change requires planned liner replacement. We usually recommend choosing the main target product first, then defining the cavity around that need.
What happens if tramp iron enters the cone?
The hydraulic cone uses overload protection and reset, but repeated tramp iron still hurts liner economy. For mixed feed or recycling-type material, we recommend a magnetic separator before the cone.
How do you recommend the right model and cavity?
We size the station based on jaw discharge size, rock type, required throughput, finished fractions, and whether you want open or closed circuit. Send those four items and we can propose the right SNH configuration.
